By signing below, you’re giving You Handled That Perfectly™ permission to share your image and likeness as part of our brand’s storytelling and marketing. 1. Permission to Use Likeness I grant You Handled That Perfectly™, its owners (Carly Cruickshank and Kelly Avalon), employees, agents, and partners (“the Company”) full permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, and/or voice (“Content”) during this photoshoot.

I understand and agree that the Company may use this Content in any format - including social media, websites, podcast promotion, advertising, or other marketing materials - now or in the future, without further notice or compensation.

2. Ownership and Rights
All photos, videos, and related materials created during this shoot are the exclusive property of the Company. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use of the Content and understand I will not receive any compensation for its use.

3. Release of Liability
I release and discharge You Handled That Perfectly™ and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the use of my image, likeness, or voice, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.

4. Acknowledgment and Consent
By signing below, I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and fully understand this release, and agree to its terms. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on my behalf.
